If your group is unable to put on the meeting please notify
District 12 DCM Bob R. at 289-969-8496 so that other arrangements can be made.

Note:  Meeting co-ordinator's job description is to set up and take down tables and chairs with handouts before and after hosting group shows up.  To collect 7th and to be liaison with the Salvation Army Facility insuring their rules are followed.  Required to open weekly, or find alternate person if you cannot attend. (Dist 12 DCM can fill in)

Note:  The hosting groups will not be required to set up chairs or make coffee.  These things will be taken care of.  We are just hoping that several group members with good sobriety will be willing to spend an hour once a week for four (or 5) weeks to host an AA meeting at this location.
